At Sun City Legal Services, we provide high-quality due diligence reports for property buyers in Queensland, helping them make informed decisions. We're searching for a Production/Logistics Manager to lead our delivery process with accuracy, efficiency, and a clear focus on compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Report Production & Delivery**: Oversee the production, quality, and timely delivery of Body Corporate Inspection Reports, ensuring compliance with Queensland regulations.
- **Quality Control**: Review reports meticulously to ensure accuracy, identifying and mitigating any risk factors.
- **Team Coordination**: Lead a collaborative team of report specialists, coordinating efforts to meet client deadlines without compromising quality.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement efficiency improvements in our reporting processes, enhancing both workflow and client satisfaction.
- **Client Relations**: Maintain strong communication with clients, addressing queries and ensuring a seamless, transparent service experience.

**About You**:

- **Experienced Manager**: You have a background in production, logistics, or service delivery, where you’ve led teams and managed workflows efficiently.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Your keen eye for detail allows you to catch even the smallest inconsistencies, ensuring high-quality, risk-free outputs.
- **Organized & Proactive**: You excel at balancing multiple deadlines and priorities, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- **Excellent Communicator**: You’re comfortable working with diverse teams and engaging with clients, relaying complex information clearly and professionally.
- **Knowledgeable in Compliance**:Familiarity with Queensland Body Corporate Legislation is a plus, though not essential.**
