**THE CHANCE**

**Location: Birtinya, Sunshine Coast**

To deliver the Accounts Receivable function, contributing to the achievement of overall business outcomes. Support the Accountant
- Shared Services.

**YOUR RESPONSILBITIES**
- Daily identifying receipts from the bank statements.
- Daily allocations to correct customer’s accounts.
- Daily reviewing o/s amounts.
- Daily communication with customers re payment.
- Daily advice to the business re accounts blocked.
- Daily processing invoices and credit notes.
- Daily completion of reconciliation of debtor's statements.
- Weekly issuing statements.
- Perform general AR operational tasks, including setting up accounts.

**ABOUT YOU**

**You will have**:

- Experience with Accounts Receivable process.
- Experience in an accounting package or ERP.
- An excellent phone manner and a passion for customer service.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to successfully work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Solutions focused and ability to follow through.
- A flexible, driven, and motivated personality.
