Reception / Administration Officer (Full-Time, In-Centre)

We're looking for a Reception / Administration Officer to join our Sunshine Coast clinic. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for every client while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy allied health clinic. You'll work closely with our clinicians and admin team to keep things running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Reception & Client Experience
- Welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
- Book and coordinate appointments across clinicians
- Maintain a calm, organised, and welcoming clinic environment Administration
- Manage clinician diaries and scheduling
- Process payments, invoices, and billing enquiries (NDIS, Medicare, private)
- Support referral intake and direct enquiries appropriately
- Assist with client communications and documentation
- Maintain accurate records in systems such as Splose
- General admin including data entry, inbox management, and stock About You
- Minimum 2+ years of previous reception, administration, or customer service experience required
- Confident using Microsoft Office and client management systems
- Healthcare, allied health, or NDIS experience highly regarded You are:
- Friendly, professional, and approachable
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- Proactive and team-focused
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people What We Offer
