Internal Sales Caloundra

Job Description

In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Caloundra and be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

You will be on a fortnightly rotating roster of 6:30am
- 3:30pm and 7:30am
- 4:30pm. As the branch is open on Saturdays, you will be working an additional shift which will be paid overtime rates one Saturday morning a month from 7am-11am.

A typical day will involve

Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.

Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects.

Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained.

Respond to customer queries & make follow‑up calls.

Qualifications

You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.

Passionate about building strong working relationships with current and existing customers.

Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded – otherwise we will provide the product training.
