- Accountable for daily operations for performance and efficiency
- Drive for results in sales, wages, and shrinkage targets
- Report directly to the Regional Manager
- Lead stocktake processes and team development
- Champion a collaborative, customer‑focused environment
- Recruit, coach, and build a high‑performing team What You'll Bring You are a driven and hands‑on store leader who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment. With a strong focus on people, performance, and presentation, you lead by example and bring out the best in your team – always putting the customer first.
- Store leadership experience in retail or big box environment (30+ staff)
- Proven ability to drive results through service and operations
- Robust communication and team leadership skills
- Attention to detail and visual merchandising standards
- Solid computer and system skills
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Full‑time availability, including weekends
