Health Concierge - Scheduling Coordinator (Birtinya)

Join Australian Unity’s Health Concierge team and help older Australians live independently at home. We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive **Scheduling Coordinator** to manage service bookings and staff schedules across QLD and NT.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate field staff schedules to ensure timely service delivery
- Manage coverage during staff leave periods
- Maintain and update scheduling systems (training provided)
- Communicate effectively with staff and clients to resolve scheduling issues

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Solid organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with Procura or Salesforce is a plus
- Knowledge of Queensland geography is beneficial
- Must have the right to work in Australia
