Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences. **About Goodstart Caloundra**: Goodstart Early Learning Caloundra is situated in the heart of Caloundra and is close to shopping centres, schools and public transport. We provide care and education for children from 15 months to school age. The centre offers educational programs which are based on the interests of the children and follow the Early Years Learning Framework. We have a fully qualified teacher who provides an accredited Kindergarten program, as well as a fully qualified teacher in Pre-Kindergarten to best set the children up for success. Our practice and programming is underpinned by the Key Educator Approach. Key educator relationships enable and support close attachments between educators, children and their family. By being available, sensitive, warm and responsive in understanding the children in small key educator groups, the key educator can provide for attuned, responsive and sufficiently consistent caregiving and intentional insights and contributions to support the child’s learning program. **What Goodstart can offer you**: Better pay
