Sales & Design Consultant (Birtinya)

Casa Ceramica Qld is seeking a Sales & Design Consultant to join our team! (Please note that Saturday hours are neededfor this role.) What's in it for you

About the role In this role, your duties as a Sales & Design Consultant will include but not be limited to:
- welcoming customers and running showroom consultations
- guiding clients through tile/stone selections to suit their needs
- building relationships with homeowners, builders & designers
- preparing quotes, processing orders and managing enquiries
- following up leads & converting opportunities into sales
- ensuring a smooth customer experience from selection to order
- maintaining an organised and inspiring showroom presentation. What we're looking for
- Full Australian working rights essential
- Saturday availability essential
- Availability for any 1-2 working days beyond Saturday
- with potential full time
- Previous sales experience in similar role highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with computers, POS and digital order systems
