Description
We have an opening for a Marketing Specialist to take ownership of marketing strategy and execution as we scale. This is a hands-on role with broad scope — you will own content, campaigns, the website, webinars, and the reporting infrastructure that demonstrates marketing's contribution to revenue. Your work will directly influence brand growth, lead generation, and pipeline development. Duties
• Strategise and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives across digital channels, expos and conferences, and distributor networks to directly support revenue growth and brand positioning.
- Design and implement AI-enabled marketing workflows to automate content creation, improve campaign execution, and lift efficiency.
- Own the company website as a lead generation and brand platform, driving UX improvements, executing SEO and GEO strategy, managing content architecture, and coordinating third-party developers to maximise site performance.
- Develop compelling sales collateral — including presentations, brochures, technical product sheets, and other assets — that reflect GreaseBoss's brand identity and effectively communicate value to customers and partners.
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve the external-facing collateral portfolio, including sales presentations, brochures, marketing videos, and technical spec sheets.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including written guides, tutorials, and video content, to support customer and internal team education.
- Collaborate with external marketing consultants to develop and execute targeted campaigns, drawing on industry expertise to improve marketing strategy.
- Drive brand growth and demand generation, owning content strategy, webinar campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and expos that directly contribute to pipeline development.
- Own end-to-end webinar strategy and execution, including landing page creation, HubSpot automation workflows, email nurturing sequences, LinkedIn event promotion, and post-event pipeline reporting.
- Build and maintain a measurable reporting infrastructure across HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and Power BI, establishing dashboards and reporting cadence that demonstrate marketing's impact.
- Develop and execute integrated direct marketing through Sales Navigator and email outreach, using lead generation assets to support the sales pipeline. Skills and experience
• Proven ability to generate clear, engaging content tailored to diverse audiences and purposes.
- Proficiency with AI tools and digital marketing software.
- Proficiency using website content management and design tools, such as WordPress and Canva.
- Proficiency using HubSpot for marketing campaigns, tracking engagement, and converting leads into opportunities.
- Ability to build and maintain a metrics dashboard to analyse content strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Creativity, a problem-solving mindset, and initiative, with a track record of successfully implementing projects and campaigns.
- Openness to feedback, eagerness to develop new skills, and a proactive attitude.
