Health Concierge Scheduling Coordinator Birtinya

Join Australian Unity’s Health Concierge team and help older Australians live independently at home. We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to manage service bookings and staff schedules across QLD and NT.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate field staff schedules to ensure timely service delivery

Manage coverage during staff leave periods

Maintain and update scheduling systems (training provided)

Communicate effectively with staff and clients to resolve scheduling issues

What We’re Looking For:

Solid organisational and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to work under pressure and multitask

Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with Procura or Salesforce is a plus

Knowledge of Queensland geography is beneficial

Must have the right to work in Australia
