**About the Role**
- Be the welcoming face of the home and the first point of contact for residents, visitors and staff. _This is a part time role covering Wednesday to Sunday including weekends. _You’ll provide friendly, professional customer service, manage calls and enquiries, and support day‑to‑day administration to help keep the home running smoothly. You’ll play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone who visits
