We're looking for an enthusiastic Cook to add some extra flavour to our kitchen. In this role, you'll work as part of a agile team to prepare high quality dishes that delight our guests. So, if you believe in love at first bite, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Proactively complete food preparation and cleaning practices according to ALH standards

Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance

Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that "WOW" our guests

Physical & Job Requirements

This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

You have experience working as part of a team in a fast paced, bistro‐style kitchen

You are passionate about the guest experience and delivering high quality dishes

You have great organisation and communication skills and use them to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team

You'll be yourself and come as you are – ALH is known for its people!
