Property Management Lead – Caloundra Growth

Now, spanning three offices, Bridgebury Real Estate opened its doors in Caloundra on 1st February 2023 and it's been very significant that we create a very special team to deliver the service & outcome we are used to. WHO WE WANT Bridgebury Real Estate are seeking a Head Of Property Management
- Caloundra, due to continued growth, that will be able to make the position their own. The successful candidate will still manage a portfolio of properties of around 120 properties. As the office continues to grow we foresee that in the next 12-18 months, that will likely reduce to half that size as the team continues to grow. In 2-3 years, we feel this role will expand where you will no longer be managing properties but the wider PM team. You will be supported by the Director Of Property Management and the Managing Director to ensure that the Caloundra based PM team are well supported. You will be the main point of contact for senior management team. The role is portfolio based and uses PropertyMeas's trust account software and you will be supported by an accounts team and leasing associate. We are looking for a pro-active individual that wants to develop their skills and be put on a clear career path for growth. It is important the right candidate is reliable and hard working. As the brand is due to grow quickly, so will the opportunities within the company. Your package can be adjusted on capability, so ultimately if you assist in the growth of the office and team, you have the ability to earn more.
