Environmental Advisor Bunbury

As our Environmental Advisor, you will be the go-to expert for all things environmental at Harvey Fresh. You will ensure our site meets licence and legal requirements, with a strong focus on wastewater treatment operations. Reporting to the Health, Safety & Environment Manager, you will supervise two WWTP Operators and work closely with internal teams, regulators, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)

Ensure compliance with DWER and licence conditions

Identify system improvements and implement procedural changes

Manage environmental reporting, data analysis, and regulatory submissions

Support capital planning and budget adherence

Champion sustainability initiatives and HSE culture

About you

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science (or equivalent experience)

1
- 2 years’ experience in wastewater management (not essential but highly regarded)

Robust understanding of regulatory compliance and environmental systems

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with SAP and environmental reporting tools
