Environmental Advisor (Harvey)

About the Prospect As our Environmental Advisor, you will be the go-to expert for all things environmental at Harvey Fresh. You will ensure our site meets licence and legal requirements, with a robust focus on wastewater treatment operations. Reporting to the Health, Safety & Environment Manager, you will supervise two WWTP Operators and work closely with internal teams, regulators, and community stakeholders. Benefits

- Oversee daily operations of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)
- Ensure compliance with DWER and licence conditions
- Identify system improvements and implement procedural changes
- Manage environmental reporting, data analysis, and regulatory submissions
- Support capital planning and budget adherence
- Champion sustainability initiatives and HSE culture About you
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science (or equivalent experience)
- 1
- 2 years’ experience in wastewater management (not essential but highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and environmental systems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
