The Opportunity Min Res are seeking experienced Production Mining Operators to become part of our dynamic team on a 2/1 FIFO roster. With permanent, full‑time positions available at our owner‑operated iron ore and lithium sites in the Goldfields and Pilbara, and Client projects, you’ll play an integral role in close‑knit teams where safety and camaraderie are paramount. - Dump Truck Operator
- Grader Operator
- Dozer Operator
- Loader Operator
- Excavator Operator
- All Rounder Operator What is required?

- A proven commitment to safety in every aspect of your work.
- A current Australian C‑Class Driver’s Licence.
- Minimum 12 months Production Mining experience.
- 785 Dump Trucks or larger (Electric Dump Truck experience advantageous)
- 16M, 18M Grader or larger
- D10 / D11 Dozer
- 992 Loader or larger
- Hitachi 3600 Excavator or equivalent (Liebherr experience advantageous)
- A valid National Police Clearance (within the last 12 months), or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
- Unrestricted Australian work rights.
