- 5+ years experience in paid social advertising, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns.
- Strong experience with large-budget, high-ROI campaigns across multiple ad platforms.
- Deep knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and data analysis.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and managing teams.
- Experience with creative strategy, ad production, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Ability to communicate complex performance insights to clients and stakeholders.
