Business Controller (Cardiff)

Join the team at Sykes Group Pty Ltd, a leading global provider of surface dewatering pump solutions supporting mining, industrial, and infrastructure operations. We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Business Controller to support the continued growth and performance of our global pump business. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will provide financial leadership, commercial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and operational support across manufacturing, aftermarket, and project operations. Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and post graduate qualification in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience in Business Controlling, Commercial Finance, or Financial Management within industrial or manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated financial experience in the UAE
- Experience supporting acquired business integration and finance process alignment
- Experience with ERP systems including M3 and SAP
- Robust analytical, commercial, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of manufacturing costing, inventory, and operational reporting
- Ability to partner with operational leaders and support business decision-making
