- General reception and administrative duties
- Support student‑related activities such as maintaining attendance records, generating routine reports, and correspondence related to absenteeism
- Mail collection and distribution
- Assistance with enrolment enquiries and student enrolments
- Provide basic first aid to students Selection Criteria
- Welcoming, happy and compassionate disposition
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to work independently and prioritise workload
- Sound written and verbal skills
- Excellent desktop skills including Word, Excel, database and internet use
- Capacity to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially
- Ability to assist with preparation of school documents, internal and external publications Qualifications Required
- National Criminal History Check issued by the Education Department WA
- WA Working With Children Check
- Accreditation to work in a Catholic School or willingness to pursue it Desirable
- Knowledge and experience with CEWA AoS System
- First Aid certificate Equal Chance All employees of Catholic Education Western Australia are required to support the Catholic ethos in the performance of their duties.
