- West Perth, WA An excellent opportunity is available for a Principal Structural Engineer to be based in our Bunbury and West Perth Office. The candidate would have completed their degree in civil engineering and be looking to advance their career with a progressive multi-disciplinary company. Our Principal Civil Engineer will work on a range of civil projects and will benefit from WML’s commitment to provide an exciting and challenging experience across our engineering disciplines. As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will lead complex projects and provide advanced expertise in civil analysis and design. Your role includes overseeing and mentoring Graduate and Senior Engineers, collaborating with all disciplines, and ensuring the integrity and compliance of diverse civil projects. Your role involves assisting to lead and shape the direction of the civil engineering department, providing expert oversight, and guiding major projects. You will contribute extensive experience and innovation to ensure the success of the civil team.
