The Role

As Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the store's performance, from driving sales and managing large stock volumes, to leading your team and maintaining first-class visual merchandising standards. You'll be hands-on in building strong relationships with parents, students, and school representatives, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's commitment to quality and service.

What We're Looking For

Senior retail management experience in a high-volume environment

Proven leadership skills: coaching, motivating, and developing teams

Robust customer service skills with the ability to connect with both retail shoppers and school clients

Visual merchandising flair with high attention to detail

Experience in managing inventory, stock-takes, and wage budgets

Excellent organisational and communication skills

A professional and approachable manner, with a passion for creating a welcoming store atmosphere
