Receptionist - ASW (UHI Perth) (Bunbury)

Location: Perth, Scotland. Salary: £27,501 – £28,266.35 per annum (pro rata). Application Deadline: Sunday, 31 May 2026. Job Summary We are seeking to appoint a receptionist who will play a key customer service role within the Academy of Sport and Wellbeing (ASW) building at UHI Perth. The successful candidate will be required to work Saturdays, 07:45-13:45. Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact, providing a friendly, welcoming, and informative reception service to all customers.
- Undertake a range of front‑of‑house duties including administrative and financial tasks to ensure the efficient running of ASW.
- Be highly knowledgeable about all services offered by ASW and able to respond in detail to customer enquiries or sign‑post customers to appropriate team members as required. Qualifications & Requirements

- Part‑time, permanent position (6 hours per week on Saturdays).
- Regulated work with children – a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme check is required, and a check will be made against the list of those barred from working with children.
