PORTFOLIO MANAGER - Retail Property (Bunbury)

About the Role As a Portfolio Manager for Retail Property at Lease Equity, you will be responsible for the strategic management of a diverse portfolio of retail properties located in the Perth CBD, Inner and Western Suburbs. In this full‑time role, you will play a key part in maximising the performance and value of the company's retail assets through effective property management and strategic planning. What You’ll Be Doing

- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations and financial performance of the retail property portfolio
- Manage and lead a team of property professionals to ensure efficient and effective property management
- Negotiate and administer leases, renewals and expansions to optimise occupancy and rental returns
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the value and competitiveness of the portfolio
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, manage tenant mix and occupancy levels
- Collaborate with the broader Lease Equity team on current business opportunities and acquisitions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant property management legislation and regulations What We’re Looking For

- Tertiary qualification in Property, Business or a related discipline – or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a portfolio management role, preferably in the retail sector
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing a diverse commercial property portfolio
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and financial management capabilities
- Thorough understanding of property management legislation and best practices
