- Plan, launch and optimise full-funnel campaigns across Linked In, Meta, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube and email. Content Marketing Leadership
- Set the editorial calendar, produce thought-leadership (blogs, video, podcasts, social media ads) and receive and deliver training in ad design and AI tools. Growth Analytics & Automation
- Track your KPIs with Google Analytics and Linked In Campaign Manager. Translate data into actionable experiments, dashboards and ROI reports. Campaign & Launch Management
- Orchestrate online activities that convert audience interest into qualified leads. Stakeholder Collaboration

- 5+ years in marketing management, brand strategy, growth or demand-gen roles (HR, recruitment or professional services ideal).
- Proven track record scaling social-first and search-first campaigns, optimising conversion funnels and hitting targets.
- Hands-on with Mar Tech stacks: Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, Canva/Adobe, ChatGPT & other AI-powered content tools.
- Data-driven storyteller able to translate analytics into persuasive creative.
- Confident communicator who can influence senior leaders and mentor new talent.
