Maintenance Support Officer (Bunbury)

This is your chance to be at the heart of our operations – supporting the maintenance team, coordinating the moving parts and making sure everything clicks into place. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Superintendent, this is a full-time opportunity working 40 hours per week. What you'll be doing: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the maintenance team Create, update, and close work orders in our CMMS system Support planning and scheduling of maintenance activities Jump in during shutdowns—coordinating contractors, meetings, and work packs Build and manage tools like schedules, templates, and action trackers Keep maintenance records, asset data, and documentation accurate and up to date Coordinate with stores and procurement to track parts and deliveries Help prepare reports on maintenance KPIs and performance Ensure systems and documentation meet safety and compliance standards Work closely with multiple teams to keep communication flowing What you'll bring: Experience in an admin/support role Familiarity with CMMS systems (or eagerness to learn) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills A positive, can-do mindset and willingness to learn What we Offer: Great team environment Competitive remuneration Eligibility in an Employee Incentive Scheme based on KPI's Regular performance appraisals linked to remuneration reviews Employee Benefits If you're organised, motivated, and ready to be the engine behind the team, then apply now. #J-*****-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3ql31d
