**The role**: As Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in providing professional building certification and permit authority advice and services in accordance with sound building industry practices and legislative requirements as part of the Building Team. Working closely with residents, developers, and other stakeholders, you will uphold high standards of building integrity and regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _Customer Service:_ Provide exceptional customer service to community and internal and external stakeholders.

**What we need from you**: As well as being a motivated and community minded individual, you will have:

- Current qualification and registration within Western Australia as a Building Surveyor Technician (minimum) or Building Surveyor Level Two.
- Experience in Western Australian Local Government Building and compliance roles
- Knowledge of relevant acts, regulations, and legislation as a registered building surveyor
