Part-Time Finance Manager: CFO Support & Controls (Bunbury)

Scendea is seeking an experienced and dependable Finance Managerto join our global team in a permanent part-time, office-based role at our UK office in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire. This role is offered on a twenty-hour per week basis, spread daily across Monday-Friday during office hours, with some flexibility on the set working pattern. Reporting directly to the Finance Director within a small team environment. The role will closely collaborate with them to manage day-to-day financial operations and support the Finance Director in ensuring accurate and timely financial information, effective financial controls, and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. This is a role designed for an experienced professional who enjoys a hands-on role and values structure, clear accountability, and a healthy work-life balance. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and highly organised, with solid process-orientated skills, capable of supporting across functions within the business. Ideally suited to an individual with proven Senior-level experience, able to work fully autonomously and confidently assume FD and CFO responsibilities for short periods, including holiday cover.
