- Discounted rates on travel, healthcare, and technology products. About the Role This Permanent position is a Monday to Thursday roster, with 10‑hour days, based at the Worsley Alumina Refinery.
- Engage maintenance and production teams to prioritise and execute planned work safely and efficiently across the refinery.
- Coordinate internal and contractor electrical resources to facilitate minor and major outage maintenance activities.
- Perform Job Owner responsibilities for Electrical Department contractors in line with the Contractor Management Standard.
- Support, coach and mentor the electrical leadership team to meet company and statutory regulations. About You Experience and demonstrated capability in the following areas:

- Applying technical judgement to support safe and effective maintenance outcomes.

- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Diploma or Trade Certificate.
