Job Description

Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) $26 – $36/hr.

Location: Eaton, OH

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Shift & Compensation

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)

Pay Range: $26 – $36/hour (higher based on experience)

Shift Premium: $1/hour

Schedule: 50–55 hours per week, Monday–Saturday

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on equipment issues

Execute and follow preventive maintenance (PM) programs

Repair and maintain machinery across the facility

Accurately document maintenance activities in a CMMS system

Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

Qualifications

2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

Experience with preventive maintenance programs

Background in machining or metals manufacturing

Electrical component and troubleshooting experience

Familiarity with CMMS systems
