About the role The role is responsible for the overall leadership and oversight of care and service delivery to residents. The position spans all aspects of managing a sizeable and multi-resident home, including operational, lifestyle, food services and governance elements to ensure the facility provides residents with high-quality care in a secure and welcoming home-like setting while operating within budget, and meeting compliance requirements. About you
- Solid knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance frameworks, and clinical governance requirements.
- Proven commercial acumen, with the ability to manage operational budgets, drive occupancy, and deliver sustainable business performance.
- A track record of leading positive workforce and cultural change, building engaged, high-performing teams.
- Ability to enhance workforce capability, productivity, and service delivery outcomes aligned to organisational goals.
- Confidence navigating regulatory audits and consistently maintaining full compliance with Aged Care Commission expectations.
- Strategic thinking coupled with a hands-on leadership style, balancing quality care outcomes with operational excellence.
