About our role We are currently seeking experienced Production Dozer Operators to join our team at the Mt Holland Lithium Project on a 2:1 roster, located roughly 105km south of Southern Cross, WA. This is a large-scale, long-term operation offering consistent production work and strong job security. You'll be joining a highly experienced, supportive crew with a great on‑site culture – a team that looks out for each other and takes pride in the work they do. Operators will work on up-to-date equipment across load and haul in a well‑run operation with excellent camp facilities. - Operating CAT D10 Dozers
- Maintaining consistent productivity while working within design parameters and dig plans
- Work closely with supervisors and the production team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Identify and manage hazards to maintain a safe work environment
- Minimising downtime through effective machine operation and proactive reporting
- Contribute to a positive site culture by supporting your crew and leading by example What You’ll Bring

- Strong understanding of production targets, dig plans and efficient material movement
- Solid understanding of safe operating procedures and risk management in a mining environment
- A reliable, team‑orientated attitude with clear communication skills
- High standards of machine care, including pre‑starts, inspections and reporting of defects
