About the Role Join our Bunbury team as an administrative support officer. This part‑time, permanent position (18.5 hours per week) will involve acting as the first point of contact for clients, referring them to appropriate services, and providing administrative assistance to keep the office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients and provide initial assistance.
- Refer clients to appropriate Anglicare WA services.
- Coordinate and manage office calendar bookings.
- Accurately enter client data and maintain electronic client files.
- Support day‑to‑day office operations and ensure a responsive client experience. Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant experience in a similar role or a Certificate IV in community services.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of clients.
- Ability to respond to clients in distress and deescalate upset individuals.
- Well‑developed computer skills (MS Word, MS Outlook, client management system).
- Financial management skills, including issuing invoices and handling payments.
- Current National Police Clearance valid within one year and a WA Working with Children Check. Working Hours Mon (half day), Tue, Fri – 18.5 hours per week. Benefits
- Competitive salary from $75,387 per annum (pro rata) plus 12% superannuation.
- Up to $15,900 of salary packaging (approximately $4,000 after tax) and up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses.
- Additional 3 days of leave per year over the festive period.
