About Us Capital Claims Tax Depreciation is a small, professional business based in Cardiff, supporting property investors across Australia with accurate, compliant, and industry‑leading tax depreciation schedules. We are growing and looking for a motivated Junior Administration Officer to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build solid administrative, communication, and business operations skills in a supportive environment. About the Role As our Junior Administration Officer, you will provide day‑to‑day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office and client workflows. You’ll work closely with our admin, quoting, and accounts teams, gaining hands‑on experience across a variety of business functions. This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed a Certificate in Business, or similar, and is seeking an entry‑level role with long‑term growth potential. Key Responsibilities Administration & Office Support
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, kitchen items, and consumables
- Assist with filing, naming, and organising digital documents in our file management system and CRM
- Prepare meeting rooms and support general office upkeep
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Assist with preparing internal reports, checklists, and registers Client Correspondence & Communication
- Draft and send standardised client emails using approved templates
- Follow up on missing documents or information
- Update and maintain accurate client records in HubSpot
- Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate team member Junior Accounts Assistance
- Create client invoices according to documented procedures
- Check and allocate received payments
- Assist with preparing accounts receivable reports Team & Workflow Support
- Assist with onboarding tasks for new staff (welcome packs, folder setup, etc.)
- Participate in team training sessions and meetings
- Support the broader team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required About You We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with clients and colleagues
- Well organised with solid attention to detail
- Willing to learn and comfortable using technology
- Reliable, proactive, and able to follow structured processes
- Positive, adaptable, and eager to grow within the role Qualifications & Experience Essential/Desirable
- Certificate III/IV in Business, or currently studying Business/Administration/Accounting
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, file management)
- Previous experience in customer service or administration (paid or volunteer)
