Physiotherapist (Cardiff)

About Role HammondCare Home Care is currently seeking a Permanent Full-time or Part-time Physiotherapist in the Hunter region. As a member of our Clinical Care and Practice Team, you’ll work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver individualised physiotherapy services to clients in the community, primarily through home visits and group activities in various settings (in‑home rehabilitation or clinic). You will have the autonomy to structure your day and manage a broad caseload. About You Tertiary‑qualified physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration and experience or sound knowledge of physiotherapy in a rehabilitation or aged‑care setting. You should be a solid communicator, able to plan and manage your time effectively, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s licence, and a safe driving record is required for travel between client homes and HammondCare locations (travel costs reimbursed).
