- Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service
- Driving sales, KPIs, and operational results
- Maintaining high standards in visual merchandising and store presentation
- Building solid product knowledge across the team
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including rostering and stock control What We're Looking For
