About the Role As a Packaging Operator, you'll be responsible for the efficient operation of packaging machinery and ensuring our products meet strict quality and safety standards. You'll play a hands‑on role in the final stage of production where precision and attention to detail really matter. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging equipment in a fast‑paced production environment
- Ensure product quality meets company and regulatory standards
- Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Troubleshoot minor faults and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in line with WHS guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends if required
- A proactive attitude toward safety and teamwork
