Customer Service Assistant (Goodwood)

**Eldercare is seeking an exceptional Part time Customer Service Assistant to join our Customer Service team at our Goodwood site opening in early 2025.**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to support our residential aged care site in Hope Valley, in providing excellence in front line customer and administrative services. With a courteous and friendly manner, you will deliver superior customer service to all staff, residents, families and visitors. In addition to reception duties, this varied role will focus on supporting key site functions such as recruitment, daily accounting functions and service feedback.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Extensive customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Can-do attitude that will strive to provide timely and high-quality support, no matter what the task
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and work autonomously
- Courteous and professional manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, residents, their families and staff
