School Bus Driver - Childers (Ongoing Interest)

Coast & Country Buses is a family owned business with a fleet of over 100 vehicles across 5 regions. Our growing team is on the lookout for dedicated and talented individuals that would like to challenge themselves. We have positions available for a School Bus Driver in our Childers Depot. These positions are casual and offer between 20-25 hours per week during school terms. Further work during school holidays is available as well. To be successful, you will need to; hold a current MR class or higher licence and a QLD Genr Drivers Authority, work well with children of all ages, be honest and reliable. Your day to day role will be operating a school bus on a set route plus charter work, we allocate drivers to a service and as such we try to operate a one driver one bus policy when possible. Enabling drivers to make their office their own. All we ask is the vehicle is kept clean and that it remains a good representation of both you as a driver and the company as a whole. Above award wages for M-F day operations, full award wages for weekend and after hours including penalties in accordance with the Passenger Transport Award 2020. We offer training from the start and in accordance with the requirements of our accreditation and NHVL. Support by our Management Team and our Team of OUTSTANDING Drivers will help you learn the ropes if you haven't done this role before. There is prospect to grow and develop within the business with career advancement a possibility for the right person. This is an ongoing role. .
