- Be rewarded for your commitment with a wage rate from $30.26 to $35.55 per hour plus superannuation, depending on your qualifications.

- The prospect to grow as a professional with ongoing development and training. What You’ll Bring A commitment and passion to support children’s early learning and development! We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:
- Hold either a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and care.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card.
- A Police Check current within three months, (or willingness to obtain one).
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate (or willingness to gain prior to beginning with us).
- Demonstrate the ability to follow:
- The Early Years Learning Framework, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline and National Quality Standard, or a willingness to learn;
- Child safe practices and be part of a child safe organisation;
- Demonstrate knowledge of mandatory reporting requirements;
- Experience in creating engaging learning environments that support children’s learning and development;
- Ability to build strong relationships with children, families, community and colleague.
- Warmth, positivity and a genuine love for working with children. -
