Cook / Chef – Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers Food Truck | Burleigh Heads Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers is coming to Burleigh Heads, and we’re looking for a passionate Cook or Chef to join our current food truck team. - Casual position
- 20–30 hours per week
- Mixture of day, night, and weekend shifts
- Flexible roster/availability
- Immediate Start for training What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen 2+years
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability work autonomously, follow steps and procedures
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards
- Experience with Italian cuisine or franchising is a bonus, but not essential
- Must have a Food Safety Certificate or able to attain one. Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking menu items to Brand standards
- Assisting with food prep and service during busy periods
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
