CNC Operator (Burleigh Heads)

**The Prospect** Cladding Creations is looking for a motivated, physically fit individual to join our team in Burleigh Heads as a CNC Operator.

You don’t need prior CNC experience — we’re happy to train the right person. What matters most is your eagerness to learn, your reliability, and your ability to work hard in a hands-on environment.

**The Role** You’ll be working in our fabrication factory, operating a CNC machine alongside a team member. When not on the CNC, you’ll assist with panel manufacturing and general production tasks.

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Is physically fit and capable of manual lifting
- Is enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to learn
- Has experience with hand and portable tools (or is willing to learn)
- Is safety-conscious and proactive
- Can work full-time and start ASAP
- Is punctual, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team

This is a **casual position** with the potential to become ongoing for someone who proves themselves.
