The Role This is not a “run some ads” role. You’ll own how we think about and execute growth across:
- SEO
- Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube)
- Meta & TikTok
- Email & CRM
- Content distribution Your job is to connect the dots, turning performance data into transparent actions, building workflows that improve speed and output, and helping the team understand what’s working and why.
How You Think & Work You’re a systems builder.
- You don’t just optimise campaigns, you build workflows that optimise the business
- You turn data into real-time problem solution decisions
- You simplify complexity into clear, repeatable processes
- You think across multiple brands and domains , not in silos Most importantly: You don’t create dependency, you build capability in others .
Collaboration & Team Integration You’ll work closely with our Flywheel Leaders and Work Managers, embedding into how we operate today. We’re not looking for someone to come in and override everything. We’re looking for someone who:
- Learns how we currently work
- Builds on existing knowledge and systems
- Works closely with content, marketing, and leadership teams
- Helps shape what we create, where we distribute it, and how we scale it Success in this role = lifting the entire team’s output, not just your own.
What You’ll Do Performance Marketing (Multi-brand)
- Own and optimise Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube), Meta & TikTok
- Test, scale and refine campaigns across multiple businesses and brands
- Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and revenue Email & CRM
- Build and optimise lifecycle flows (Blueshift / Klaviyo)
- Improve segmentation, personalisation and retention Strategy, Systems & Growth
- Build automated workflows that improve speed and decision-making
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements
- Develop reporting systems that surface actionable insights in real time
- Connect paid, organic, and content into a unified growth engine Content & Distribution
- Work with the content team to identify what to push, where and why
- Scale high-performing content across paid and organic channels Feed performance insights back into content creation

What You Bring
- 8-10+ years in eCommerce / performance marketing/management
- Strong experience across Google Ads and Meta (TikTok a bonus)
- Experience working across multiple brands or business units
- Ability to build or improve marketing workflows and systems
- Strong analytical thinking with a bias toward action
- Ability to communicate clearly and bring others along with you Bonus:
- Maropost / Shopify experience
- Blueshift / Klaviyo
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation Light creative / design capability
