Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers is coming to Burleigh Heads, and we’re looking for a passionate Cook or Chef to join our new food truck team.

About the Role Casual position 20–30 hours per week Mixture of day, night, and weekend shifts Versatile roster/availability Immediate Start for training

What We’re Looking For Experience working in a commercial kitchen 2+years Ability to work efficiently in a rapid paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability work autonomously, follow steps and procedures Team player with strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Ability to maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards Experience with Italian cuisine or franchising is a bonus, but not essential Must have a Food Safety Certificate or able to attain one.

Responsibilities Preparing and cooking menu items to Brand standards Assisting with food prep and service during busy periods Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen Following food safety and hygiene procedures Working collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer experiences
