Customer Success Manager (Energy / Prop-Tech) – $130,000 AUD + Benefits | North Sydney Pearson Carter are currently working with a leading energy and building performance technology company focused on helping enterprise customers understand and optimise energy, water, and building systems data. Following a recent acquisition, they are expanding their Customer Success function and building out a newly created role to support key enterprise accounts. They are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to take ownership of a new account, ensuring successful delivery, contract execution, and long-term customer value across a complex technical platform. Responsibilities: Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise energy customers Oversee delivery of contracted services and account performance Work closely with project and service teams on device and platform management Drive adoption of energy data platforms across HVAC, lighting, and building systems Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts Act as the key link between customers, product, and engineering teams Support integrations and help customers interpret building performance data Experience: Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B technical environment Strong understanding of data, systems, or integration-based products Experience working with enterprise or infrastructure customers (preferred) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Commercial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot or similar) Salary $130,000 AUD + benefits Location North Sydney, NSW (Hybrid – 3:2) How to Apply Please apply asap with your CV or get in touch at or (03) 7045 5354.
