CNC / Bridge Saw Operator – Stone Benchtops (Burleigh Heads)

We are a busy stone fabrication business on the Gold Coast specializing in residential and commercial benchtops. We are looking for a CNC / Bridge Saw Operator with experience in AutoCAD drafting and CNC programming to join our factory team. Long-term opportunities may be available for the right candidate, including potential visa sponsorship. The role
- Operating CNC router and bridge saw for stone benchtop fabrication
- Preparing DXF drawings in AutoCAD from measurements and job sheets
- Programming CNC jobs and managing cutting sequences
- Loading, unloading and handling stone slabs safely
- Reading drawings, cut lists and production schedules
- Basic machine setup, tool changes and daily maintenance
- Working closely with factory and installation teams to meet deadlines What we’re looking for
- Experience operating CNC machines and/or bridge saws (stone industry preferred)
- AutoCAD experience for drafting stone benchtop drawings (DXF)
- Ability to program CNC machines or willingness to learn
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Forklift ticket is an advantage but not essential What we offer
