Administrator and Parts Interpreter (Burleigh Heads)

Full Time (or permanent part-time / casual for the right applicant) Immediate start About the Role Join a family run busy Gold Coast Auto Electrical business as our new Administration and Parts Interpreter. This position is based at our workshop in Burleigh and plays a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day admin operations, customer communication, and workshop scheduling. If you're organised, friendly, and enjoy dealing with people, you'll fit right into our team. What You'll Be Doing General administrative support answering phones, taking bookings, invoicing and liaising with suppliers, and our wonderful customers. Maintaining and updating internal records, job management software and Xero for finance related tasks. Supporting the workshop team with job tracking, parts follow-ups and ad-hoc tasks Helping keep the office organised, tidy and running smoothly What We Offer Smart Auto Electrical and Air Conditioning is a family owned and run business in Burleigh Heads providing quality automotive electrical services for vehicles, buses, trucks, camper vans and more. You have outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and solid organisational skills You are a fast learner who is solution focussed Microsoft Office literacy and experience with Xero a plus Experience with invoicing and EFT You have the ability to work independently and show initiative as well as work as part of a team You must have the right to legally work in Australia.
