We're a small, fast-moving team behind two Gold Coast businesses: a commercial roofing company and a health and wellness ecommerce brand. We're looking for one sharp, switched-on person to help run the engine room across both. This is a diverse role for someone who thrives on variety in their job, takes ownership, and actually gets things done. One day you might be sorting bills, invoices, timesheets & paperwork, the next you're helping with content creation, pulling together a marketing campaign or packing orders. Who we're looking for
- Someone with admin and marketing experience (a marketing qualification is a big plus)
- Someone who loves and is really good with social media, content creation and community building
- A self-starter who shows initiative but can also follow a brief
- Organised, calm under pressure, and able to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
- A clear communicator who works well in a tight-knit team
- A genuine interest in health and wellness The details:
- Permanent part time, starting at 15 hours per week with hours to grow as the business does
- 3 days per week in our Burleigh Heads office, including Mondays and Thursdays
- $40 per hour including super (review after 3 month probation) We need some flexibility on days and hours, and we'll work that out together. If you're the kind of person who likes to roll their sleeves up, take real ownership of your work, and grow alongside the business, we'd love to hear from you.
