Production Worker (Burleigh Heads)

About the Role We are a growing high-end lighting company delivering premium commercial projects across Australia. We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Lighting Technician / Assembly Assistant to join our team in Burleigh Heads. This role involves assisting with the assembly, preparation, and packaging of custom lighting products within a fast-paced workshop environment. The ideal candidate will have solid attention to detail, good organisational skills, and a positive attitude toward hands-on work. Key Responsibilities
- Solder LED strip lighting and electrical components
- Cut and prepare aluminium extrusion and lighting materials
- Assist with assembly and workshop production tasks
- Organise stock, components, and materials
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for dispatch to commercial projects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Perform quality checks on completed products before dispatch
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required Skills & Experience
- Experience with soldering, electronics, or assembly work preferred
- Electrical background or industry knowledge highly regarded
- Experience in lighting, fabrication, manufacturing, or workshop environments advantageous
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
