**About the role**
The Customer Service Representative role plays a pivotal role in supporting all services within the facility. This role primarily involves making outbound calls to new patients who have booked online. In addition, you’ll support a wide range of patient enquiries as part of the team’s daily responsibilities. The role is quick paced and supports the facility 7 days a week
**Tasks & responsibilities**
A regular day will see you:
- Answer, screen and appropriately prioritise all telephone calls and enquiries
- Manage patient queries across both the clinic and the dispensary
- Initiate calls from patients who have left messages and follow up on patients
- Conduct new patient calls
- Demonstrating eagerness to learn new skills and immerse yourself in the medical cannabis space
- Manage administration tasks for the group
