Classic Way Family Practice is currently seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our well-established and respected team in a central location.

About the Role:

As our recent Medical Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of the clinic—greeting patients, managing appointments, handling calls, and supporting the smooth running of the front desk. Experience in a similar role is mandatory, and a warm, professional manner is a must.

This is a Casual role to start, with a view to be permanent. We are looking to cover around 16 hrs a week with a optional regular Sunday shifts.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

Qualified in presentation and communication

A strong team player with a positive attitude

Naturally caring and empathetic toward patients of all ages

Capable of multi-tasking and working efficiently in a busy environment

Experienced in a medical reception or healthcare setting

Familiar with Best Practice software or similar medical systems
